You may be wondering...
Who are your makers?
Our product makers are spare-time, part-time, and full-time entrepreneurs. Some are designers, others are coders, many simply have an idea. If you have ambitions to make something, you’ll fit right in.
Who created this thing?
newCo is built and managed by Ben Tossell and Mubashar Iqbal (aka 'Mubs'). Ben previously ran community at Product Hunt and AngelList. He’s the #6th top maker on Product Hunt and has launched 25+ products that have been featured in publications like TechCrunch and VentureBeat. Mubs is a prolific maker with over 50 projects under his belt. He's the #4th top maker on Product Hunt. He's been awarded and nominated the Product Hunt Maker of the Year on multiple occasions.
What do I need to join?
A computer (or access to one), some determination, and the hint of an idea. We'll help you go from there!
How did newCo get started?
newCo started with the experience-backed belief that you can build great products without learning code. Our mission is to provide the education, accountability, and community that coders and non-coders need to build great products and become incredible product-makers.
What if I have a LOT of ideas, not just one?
Fantastic! We’ll equip you to turn as many ideas into products as you want.
I don't know how to code. Is that a problem?
Nope! You don’t have to know a line of code to build something here. Many of our product makers have zero coding skills.
How much does it cost?
You can follow online training programs and view some tutorials for free. This is a good option if you don't have an idea yet or simply want to explore some of our knowledge base. For makers ready to build something, we strongly recommend one of our paid plans. These provide the full range of benefits you'll need to go from idea to built product.
My schedule is kinda nuts. What’s the time commitment?
You’re busy and we get that. For most programs, you commit as much time as you want. Although, fair warning: If you say you are building something in a program, expect follow ups!

Will I be able to build the next Facebook through newCo?
No. That’s not the point of newCo. Our programs, accountability, and community help you start small, keep iterating, and continue building. You may make incredibly useful products, but don’t expect those to look like Facebook. (Check out this talk by Paul Graham if you’re still unsure why.)
